This is probably why Alabama has only had 4 national championship since then. Alabama football has basically been an exercise in futility due to non NFL starting QBs.

Trent has been a bust in NFL, no doubt. Every college that has players drafted has players that don't live up to expectations created by their college careers.
That said, Bama has 3 starting RBs in the NFL right now in Ingram, Lacy, and Yeldon. If that's not the most of any school, then it is likely tied for the most.

Oh, Alabama fans, thinking like you've never claimed that you're QBU. You guys claim you are NFLU, QBU, DBU, etc. But when stats are thrown at you, you run and claim you never said that.
