Results are what matter, and in the end, Mett choked. everything else he did was irrelevant. It's why Mett just isn't a frightening QB. He fails when the pressure is on.

Let's look at the final drive of the georgia game:

1/5 for 18 yards and a sack

of course, it's not like this will even be a factor as bama will win by 3 touchdowns at least

Mett didn't choke. The defense choked. The LSU offensive failures on potential game winning drives precedes Mett by about 5 years, with a couple of noticeable exceptions.

Mett lit Bama up last year. I expect more of the same this year.

Alabama has only played one offense with a pulse.

you mean where he went 2/2 for 5 yards and a sack on the final drive to lose the game? yeah I saw that

Only a dumbass or Bama fan (redundant) would blame the QB for that...

This is GREAT! LSU fans not admitting they are in decline and think they have Joe Zach Mettenburger Montana

Nobody said he was Joe Montana. We're just disputing your idiotic claim of him being a liability.

It is. The LSU defense is just that shitty.

He's better than Nick Marshall.

I don't think you know the meaning of decline.

Considering his team just came off two consecutive seasons that were worse than any season LSU had since 1999, you'd think he'd have more perspective.

and the offense? If the ole miss 2nd string defense can pick off Mett 3 times, hold LSU to 3.3 yds/rush, and leave a goose egg on the scoreboard in the first half, it's scary to think what bama will do to that offense.

like I said, bama by 3 TDs at least

Loston choked harder than Mett did. Talk about a blown angle to lose a game

Right. The 2011 LSU Auburn game was one of my favorite games, ever. I actually was afraid for their players safety. LINK

Both JJ and Lee bombed the Auburn secondary, it was a fun game.

LSU has lost 6 games in three easons, two in post season. Clearly, a decline.

Mett will light up Bama's secondary. Unfortunately, so will McCarron with LSU's secondary.

JM had a career game vs your vaunted secondary. I don't think Cameron is a bit worried. Chavis should be, however.

LSU has been in decline since 21-0 in the LASD.

Auburn can only get better from here. 8-1 with a makeshift DB at QB. Not too shabby. I know we got beat in BR, but we almost lost to Wazzu and State as well back then. No big deal. Getting better each week. It's good coaching that's all.

All it took for you fricks to come back from under the cracks was to nip a shitty A&M defense then become overrated as frick.

It really is too bad Miss St blew their game against you to lead to such pathetic empowerment.
