I have heard that this is the beginning of the end for Saban since 2013. He's won three titles since then. Maybe it is maybe it isnt. I realize this consumes opposing fanbases but Im just enjoying the ride.

It isn't consuming opposing fanbases. It is just easier for us to see. Enjoy your cup of tea in the middle of the fire.

LSU got blown apart by A&M and Georgia. Your head coach is in the burn ward

Alabama failing to even win their division in 2022 with 2 of the first 3 draft picks was undeniable proof.

Alabama failed to win the division in 2010 despite having 2 of the first 6 draft picks

Alabama failed to win the division in 2019 despite having 4 players in the first 15 draft picks

y. I get that many blame the coordinators, but nobody knows if the current ones will be better, worse or how they will do.

Rees is the interesting hire to me. You know what you’re getting in Steele. But Rees is only 30 years old and has only been a coordinator for three years. He might turn out to be a great hire but it seems like a risk to me. I could be wrong but I don’t remember Saban hiring such a young coordinator before. And yes I know Kelly tried to get him to come to LSU but he was running Kelly’s offense at ND.

Alabama literally beat Georgia 41–24 a year-and-a-half ago.

Kirby has won one game

And 2 championships. The conversation is about championships. You are deflecting which is understandable because that is all that you have.

I think you can stick a fork in Bama football. Saban doesn’t have the intensity that he used to have.

Under the old recruiting model, I would have said Saban has 5 years left in the tank. With Nil and the transfer portal, and his youthful image for his age, I give him 10 solid years minimum. That would equate to 2-3 more titles.

This of course depends on him staying mentally and physically healthy.

If ole joe at 81 can run for President, why can’t Saban Coach into his early Eighties.

You asked, I told.

Roll Tide.

I think he has another in him, maybe two if he last another 5 yrs if he goes back to a physical brand of offense and defense, but Alabama’s run of owning CFB is over.

I think he's competitive for 2-3 more.

Cfb is an odd beast. Mostly one game series and a play/call here or there has a lot of impact.

When the playoffs expand, I'd not like to catch a lower seeded Bama.

I think he wants to stay long enough to compete in the new Era of CFPs at the highest level. It's ego mostly, but also a pursuit toward legacy (also ego)

It's cute that LSU won the West last year but they also lost 4 games, including 3 blowouts, one of which to a 4-7 team, and LSU still finished ranked behind Alabama when rankings matter most.

Bama was off the last two years because of the horrible coordinators in O’BRIEN and —- can’t think of the mofukers name…??? On defense. Just horrible.

Saban has gone back to a young, proven offense mind and a National ring wearing defensive coordinator in Steele. We will pound the ball, pass effectively and play Bama ball. Defense will be smothering.

Caution discounting Bama. I personally think we are going to be monsters.

WE WON Nattys before with farrrrrr less talent than we have now at QB. We will be just fine.

Do you think the penalties and line of scrimmage problems will be fixed by coordinator changes? Not trolling, legitimately asking.
