Something weird and totally out of the blue like this seems to happen to LSU every year, and we know how you feel Bama fans because it's beyond frustrating. Bet Saban is ready to nuke someone about now because how does something go undiscovered when folks are paid to discover every little thing?

Me a little worried about Team No returning QB, RB seems weak at the moment. d backs need work hum not your typical BAMA team of late. Saban seems to have his hands in a lot of things of late. We shall see.

In your effing wet dreams man.

On the bright side, we ought to be able to lure some stud RB recruits in this class since PT will be WIDE open behind Harris. And Harris is a young man who better come in ready to tote the rock right away. He probably gets a rather large number of snaps now.

How in the world does this happen?!?!

I'm starting to wonder where my REC checks are going. We've been having a bunch of three stars commit, our players have been getting arrested, and now Flowers is ineligible. I demand answers, REC.

I'm more interested in how someone comes up with the name Desherrius

Its one of those things where you put "De" or "Le" in front of a regular name. You know, Desean instead of Sean, LeCharles instead of Charles, LeJulius instead of Julius, Desherrius instead of....

From the article:

Whenever you lose a player, it hurts, but Alabama has so many elite running backs on its roster, the Crimson Tide should be just fine in the backfield.

He'll have as much impact as Flowers would have had, Francis.

Well that's what Flowers was going to be anyway. This Buie guy would be a 4th or 5th string behind Henry, Drake, Damien Harris, and Ronnie Clark.

This statement is becoming increasingly less true. Add Flowers ineligibility to Scarbrough's injury, Tenpenny's transfer, and Tyren Jones' dismissal and the rotation starts to look really thin actually.

Can't really afford any injuries to RBs now. Henry has had a previous injury, Drake has had a previous injury, shite. I remember in 2009 when we lost our third 3rd string RB right before the season, our starter during the Bama game, and our new starter the following game. We were down to our 4th string RB Ridley who had just come off an acl tear, or two I can't remember, and Holliday who was actually a 5'6" WR who we sometimes used in the backfield.

Damien Harris will definitely be getting some carries this season. He is supposed to be good. We shall see.
