Saban's team choked due to undisciplined corner play and tight butthole bullshite. Most of the time having a huge edge in talent bails out shite play.

i don't think they choked, they just not used to facing a good passing team.
if SEC teams started to emulate Clemson style of offense, bama wouldn't win the conference so much.

I also wonder what would have happened if Alabama didn't get called for PI at the end of that game.

it was PI, plus they got away with two targetings earlier in the game. those wud have been called on Clemson.
clemson was likely to at least tie it with FG without the PI.
