That's, unfortunately, the norm for when a man calls the cops during a dv incident. The man is always going to be the person charged and arrested, no matter how crazy, crazy bitch be.

Unfortunately this... Fact of the matter is that in this day and age, if you're a man and the police are called on a domestic violence case, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL!!! My ex pulled the same shite on me, I went to jail, after 24 hours the bullshite charges were dropped, and a week later she was being served divorce papers.

If University cops arrested every college kid that got in a fight with their significant other and threw/broke something in anger they might as well just turn sorority houses into lockup facilities.
