Mason ain't Murray. He might be before it's over but right now I bet you if you had your choice between the two you would not pick Mason.
No shite. Who said that?

Friggin thank you
All Mason needs to be is an efficient game manager and beyond that it's gravy

OP
Auburn's DL > Alabama's, they're more proven.
The rest, idk man. Yeldon and Drake are prove, but can't hold on to the ball. Henry proved himself in one game, but only in one game. Georgia is probably ahead of us because of Gurley/Marshall. You can say Bama has the most talent/depth at RB, but that doesn't make them number 1 at the position.
WR I'll agree with, but it's close.
LB is a tough one. Not sure what others return. DePriest, Devall, and Dickson are all back for us sure, but we lost Mosley and Hubbard. Hubbard may be addition by subtraction, but still. UT has AJ Johnson an Maggit (or whatever his name is) back, right?

You UGA's think the passing game will just click right along. I agree that you do have some very good receivers and if Mason can just be competent you'll have a very good chance to get beaten again by Alabama in Atlanta.
But you will miss Murray a lot. A good example of what can happen is LSU in the bowl game with those NFL receivers and a sandlot QB.

Mike Davis is the Best Most Proven Back in the league right now. Im gonna take USC as number 1 for running backs.

Well Mason did throw for 600+ yards in the two games he started last year after Murray got hurt. I think he stepped in just fine.

You won't find a Georgia fan who doesn't expect a drop off from Murray to Mason

Most don't think that. There will be some level of drop-off, most likely

Not quite the same situation. We aren't throwing a true freshman out there.

You didn't run anyone off.

True you are not. And I am sure Mason will be OK. That is just an example of what can happen.

That sounds racist. RA'ed.

To not pay attention to me, you'd have to not respond to me. You're failing at that, btw.

Between Shockley and Cox we have seen the full spectrum

We have our own problems if Coker or one of the others don't pan out. Tons of skill people running around and no one to get them the ball.
