taking off the purple and gold homer hat i think it will be bama by 11. not saying that lsu can't win--they'll just need a few breaks to go their way. our OL will have to play out of their mind

not so fast my friend....caution gets thrown to the wind....defenses are busted wide open by both of the offenses....going to look like a Big 12 match up.....no defense but a lot of offense.

We will not be able to see all of the blood because its color will closely match the red team's jerseys.

With two of the best defenses going at it...

LSU - 16
Bama - 13

With LSU scoring with 6:07 left in the 4th quarter.

Alabama's ability to sustain longer drives will eventually wear down LSU.

At the half, LSU 14, Bama 10. Alabama will show the ability to run but Kiffin won't stick to it, opting for the long-game, tire-the-defense approach that he usually takes. LSU puts together one drive for a score and gets another on a long pass play off busted coverage.

Final, Bama 31, LSU 21. Bama's running game and depth on both sides of the ball proves too much to handle in the second half. Although the Tide will not get a NOTD this game, they will force a turnover deep in LSU territory, basically gifting the offense one of their three second-half TDs. LSU scores their final TD in the latter minutes of the fourth quarter to make it more respectable.

Hasn't their defense or special teams scored every game?

LSU's defense is good, but they aren't steel-curtain/shutdown good to me. They've had a lot of luck and good fortune keeping some touchdowns out of the endzone (Wisconsin and Auburn in particular)
