USCw has 8 players with 30 less scholarships over the past few years. I'm more impressed with that.

Pretty sure almost all of the players from USC who are still in the playoffs were recruited prior to the major sanctions that were levied on USC. Those scholarship sanctions didn't start until 2011 I believe.
