Yeah, there's a whole string of high-round QB's coming out of Arky. Why there's ... uh... and...uh...guess I disagree.

Casey Dick - Come on, man. What did you expect?
Mallett 2010 - 3rd round
Wilson 2012 - 1st round (supposedly)

That's not too shabby.

I don't think I'd have any SEC school in the top 5, maybe not top 10 just because competition here makes great players look merely good by comparison. Imagine how much better Cam/Tebow/Stafford etc would've done against lesser defenses. USC is definitely #1 with Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Washington, Michigan, Notre Dame being up there.

Maybe it's in this retarded thread somewhere but I'm not reading it all....how many guys has Petrino put in the NFL as head coach (UL and UA at any position). And how many receivers/QB's went that were under him when he was an assistant? I think he has a pretty good resume. Our current assistant coaches have pretty solid resumes too. Come back with all this stupid anti-Razorback talk in 5 years.

I think you can look at it both ways. If a player puts up huge numbers in the Pac 12/Big 12, you have to take those numbers with a grain of salt. You don't ignore the QB, but you're not going to look at the numbers and say, "Wow - this guy must be special."

If a guy puts up great numbers in the SEC it's just that much more impressive, IMO. If a guy puts up good numbers in the SEC it's impressive.

With their current coach, I agree...

But it seems that UGA has the better track record.

To be fair, Richt has a lot of time in that position, but he has done extremely well there.
