On paper. They now pull from the same populations and thus, the similarities. Used to be rural vs city. Not anymore.
Not arguing that at all. Actually think that's a positive development for the school. Guess I'm just saying that even though A&M and texas pull from virtually the same population pool, the cultures of the schools themselves are still polarizing. Not as much as in years/generations past, of course, but I'd stop well short of insinuating that A&M and texas feel the same.

These new members need to settle down.

If you, or anyone else on here, is stupid enough to believe that we put that billboard up, you seriously need to have your head examined.
No one thinks the school sanctioned the billboard but it was Definently someone in your fan base and not a "stealth attack" to make you look dumb

Having been around both a great deal, its not that far of a stretch. Positive development yeah but there is also something lost because of it.

Care to share your evidence supporting such a claim?
You're clearly unaware of the ways that teams from Texas attempt to "go after" each other. This is straight outta that playbook.

80s/90s doesn't count. We have zero infractions as a member of the SEC.

Ah, but it IS a stretch, no?
A&M will never be a quaint little cow college again. That is a very good thing for the university's long term success. Losing that unique feel is tough to watch, but ineluctable given A&M's long term aims of being a major player in every facet of academia and college athletics.

Aggrie why make it so hard to like you
A&M is tied with Auburn with 7 infractions

Dude, it's a clear f-ing troll. We trolled Baylor with a billboard once after they tried to sue us for leaving for the SEC. It happens. I have never ever heard a single Aggie say "Aggie Nation". That is the main giveaway. And the academic smack and "cleanest program" declaration and "whoop" at the end are the cherries on top. The thing that sucks about this billboard is that only Aggies know right off the bat that it is a troll by a former conference mate. Dumbasses like yourself will think it's real even after some longhorn idiot is being sued for libel and/or copyright infringement.

Have you not heard about the trees? Does no one care about the trees????

Exactly. Hence, the fact that it is a f-ing TROLL.

Once Jason Cook finds out who did this we should release an official statement saying who paid for it....like other Aggies have said...the schools in Texas really hate each other and this type of attack would not be a surprise at all.

Exactly, Alabama trash like to poison trees, and rogue Big 12 alumni like to front money for silly billboards to put their rivals down.

So...what exactly can this person who did this be sued for?

This is the type of logic we are all going to be forced to deal with now. Kind of like:
"He said they were suspended for the La. Tech game and they still are. I don't see why anyone has a problem with it."
Thanks Slive......
