Rounders has been torn down FYI. It sucked anyways.

Also, the Jupiter is one if the worst bars in Tuscaloosa.

Add Quick Grill to your list. Can't beat messy fries

You should have included Hokkaido in Tuscaloosa favorites. Before the April 27 tornado that was one of the places to go on a Friday or Saturday night before catching a movie. It's rebuilt now on the opposite side of 15th. I hear it's as good as it ever was.

Rounders will be back open at the end of October. Being completely rebuilt with a rooftop bar. Also, I put in the original post the The Jupiter sucks unless there is a well known band playing.

Don't know how I left that one off! Added it to the list of Tuscaloosa favorites. Thanks for the reminder.

What is the cover like there? My buddy said we can weekend wristbands for 20 bucks. Should we do that or just show up and pay the cover at the door?

You should add "The Booth" to the list of bars.

It really depends on the weekend whether they will charge cover and do wrist bands. My guess is there will be cover this weekend. I guess whether you buy a wristband is up to you really. It depends on whether you plan to go there Saturday before the game. It probably isn't a bad idea though. I would get there early. Sometimes it can get packed and have a line.

Big Bad Wolves BBQ Nachos...a little shack on the Strip close to The Houndstooth.

Might also want to mention that City Cafe has weird hours and most likely have to go on a Friday, early afternoon.

The last time I saw anything from A&M, it was the University van that was here to pick up Coach Fran's things. Did we every truly thank you for that? We didn't see it at the time, but you did us a big favor. It took us a long time to recover, but we have and it's great, and Coach Fran is hardly even remembered here. I was cleaning out my storage room not long ago, and found the baubble head of him...............I just pulled the head off. Hope you enjoy your visit to Tuscaloosa.

When it comes to the meat Archibald's is the best, but for me I like Dreamland's sauce better. But, overall Archibald's is the way to go!
Last several times I went to dreamland wasn't very good. Ribs were over cooked and tuff.
