Hey, that Amanda Bynes crack was actually funny.
Hopefully Mettenberger doesn't do anything to jeopardize himself, either. I'd hate for LSU to have to resort to throwing out excuses, bro.

Then LSU will have somehow had to broken a lot of immediate transfer rules and scholarship limits. Would love to see how they pulled this off.

What if we do it within the rules?

Won't matter. We made it to the BCSCG with Jordan Jefferson as our QB.

Then you would have somehow manufactured more talented players in an underground lab deep beneath the swamp that looks and talks exactly like your current roster, but plays SO much better that they are actually a top ten team. The LSU Athletic Department will have ushered in the moral crisis of genetic engineering far sooner than anyone would have imagined. We would have a lot bigger problems in the world than LSU over-performing more than any team in college football history and somehow pulling out a 10 win season.

Says every butthurt gump about being out talented that day.
Alabama out talented? 2010 was supposedly Saban's most talented team in his first six years. I think outcoached is what you're looking for, but that's not completely the case either. The loss falls on the players not giving it their all the entire ball game. Plus Mark Barron played injured. Auburn won by one dang point, yet people act like Alabama was dominated. The most remarkable thing about the 2010 Iron Bowl was that Alabama blew a 24 point (3 score) lead. Alabama beat themselves, plain and simple.

As an Aggie fan, you should also recognize that some teams are much better at the end of the year than they were to start. A combination of several factors held Alabama back in 2010, but the team that took the field against Michigan State in the Capital One Bowl probably wouldn't have gone 9-3 in the regular season.

Gumps have little reason to still be butthurt considering they've won back to back national championships and have sustained success while the Auburn Tigers disappeared.

No. The loss falls on no one being talented enough to stop Cam. He was the best player in the country and turned it on when it mattered. Saban and company couldn't keep up.

And to think that Chizik was capable of our coaching Saban, is laughable.

1) 90% of A&M thread aren't started by Aggies
2) Those that are typically aren't offensive
3) Easy to dislike A&M right now given last year's success and the media using every opportunity to discuss Manziel in the off season.

From what I read on here, very little of the A&M flaming is started or caused by Aggies.

Jordan Jefferson had a better completion percentage, passer rating and a better TD/INT ratio in 2011 than Mettenberger did in 2012.

Ouch.

Yeah, the 70 yard pass at the beginning of the 3rd was all on Cam. It had nothing to do with Mark Barron taking a bad angle on the tackle. The stats don't support that Auburn or Cam were unstoppable either. 1st downs, passing yards, and time of possession were all in Alabama's favor. Cam Newton did not make Alabama lose the turnover battle. Cam Newton did not shut down Alabama's running game. Cam Newton only passed for 216 yards, 70 of which came on the Hail Mary pass. Cam Newton did not cause Mark Ingram to fumble the ball in the Auburn red zone, which started the change in momentum. Cam Newton did not make McElroy fumble on 2nd and Goal at the Auburn 8.

Regarding the Alabama defense playing without fire, look no further than Auburn's second play from scrimmage to start the second half. Auburn had 3 good drives in the game, and they won but don't put the victory on them. When the opportunity arose, Auburn wanted the win more.

A&M is our new "buddy". Quit giving them hell.

We dont hate them until they beat us, and that will not be for a few years yet. (LOL)

Really, they have beat Bama for us, embarrassed OU helped our recruiting in Texas, supported our bitch about the unfair scheduling and generally been good neighbors and SEC members. I am glad they are in the SEC.

I saw plenty of games with both QBs. Cam was better. Neither are as good as Manziel. Manziel is going to redefine the entire sport. He will be the next Joe Montana. Nay, the next Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky all rolled in to one.

Weird, I don't remember those guys costing their teams 2 of their biggest games.

Damn you LSU for playing Bama the week before and making them tired so they would lose to the hapless Aggies...
