Big Bad Wolves for BBQ nachos
I don't know why, but I have to hit that place up every time I'm in town for a game.

That is a good spot to be. Near the quad and center of campus.

Thanks for the list. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this year, but my brother will be there. Sent him the list.

I was lurking over at Texags.com and notice quite a few people asking for restuarant/bar/gameday recs and info so one of you guys who posts there may want to link this thread over there.

I'll fix some of this for you and try to trim down some of the fat.
Cypress Inn is a nice little restaurant but it isn't fine dining. Same goes for Desperados.
Nick's in the Stick is a fun place to go eat but I wouldn't describe the steak as excellent. It's average, but it is cheap.
Another Broken Egg isn't open yet so pointless to mention.
---------------------------------------
Hit up Archibald's BBQ for some ribs, Depalmas for Italian including great pizza and calzones, & 5 and Chuck's are both good restaurants. For bars, stick to Innisfree, Houndtooth, and Galettes(get a yellowhammer) and you'll have a blast.

This. They set up at the Houndstooth on the strip.

Go to Gallettes aka Campus Party Store before the game and get a "Yellow Hammer" drink. The scenery is worth the stop and it's a fun place to hang out. Go there early (10am) and sit on the deck or grab a seat inside and watch the early games.
It doesn't look like much from this picture but it's a fun little bar right next to the stadium on the strip

Going to be up in the Strip's arse at 4 pm.

Go there around 9pm, pay the cover and get your wristband. Go bar hop then come back to Gallettes around 11/11:30 when it gets going. Lines to get in will be pretty long.

Surin is really good for Thai food and good, not great sushi.
Surin is ok, Ruan Thai (just across the street next to the BP in an old house) is far superior in terms of quality Thai food.

Agreed. Gallettes gets really good later in the evening. Hit up The Bear Trap rooftop bar or Houndstooth first for a few drinks earlier in the afternoon.

Here is a list I came up with to help with those making it to T-town for the game Saturday. As always, Bama fans feel free to add to the list.
You wasted a lot of time with all those lists. The aggots only want to know where the queers meet in TTown.
