• Arkansas is on a three-game winning streak and may be playing its best basketball on both ends of the floor.

• Arkansas had 20 assists (27 made baskets) versus Ole Miss. It was the most since dishing out 20 in a win at LSU on Feb. 2 and the Hogs’ third 20-assist game in SEC play this season eight time this year.

• Arkansas shot a season-best 61.1% from 3-point range at Vandy. In fact, it was the first time Arkansas shot at least 60 percent from 3-point range since Jan. 9, 2016 (Mississippi State).

• Arkansas only had eight turnovers versus Alabama. It was the second single-digit turnover total in the last four games (seven at Kentucky) and the sixth single-digit turnover total this season.

• Arkansas is averaging over 10 steals a game while forcing 18 per contest.

• The answer Isaiah Joe is going into the record books. He has already set three school records, is threatening an SEC record and could have one of the top freshman seasons in NCAA history.

vRECORD WATCH 1: Joe set the Arkansas freshman record for 3-pointers made in a season at Missouri (making seven in the game on Feb. 12). He has made 106 3-pointers, breaking the previous mark of 83 by Rotnei Clarke in 2009.

vRECORD WATCH 2: Joe broke Arkansas record for 3-pointers made during SEC play vs. Ole Miss (Mar. 2), making two in the win. He has made 60 3-pointers in league action this season. The previous mark was 52 set by Anthlon Bell (2016) and Janero Pargo (2002).

vRECORD WATCH 3: Joe made four 3-pointers at Vanderbilt to break the school’s single-season record. He has 106 for the season, breaking Scotty Thurman’s mark of 102 3’s made in 1995.

• RECORD WATCH 4:Has made 106 3-pointers in his rookie season. The SEC freshman record for 3-pointers made in a season is 113 by Kentucky’ Jamal Murray (2015-16).

• RECORD WATCH 5: Joe only needs to make three more 3’s to enter the NCAA record book at sixth for triples in a season by a NCAA freshman. Current freshman Antoine Davis of Detroit Mercy has made 132 treys this season and broke the NCAA freshman record previously held by Stephen Curry’s (122).

• The Gators are 43-49 all-time in SEC Tournament play with 4 championships (2005, ‘06, ‘07, ‘14) and 10 total appearances in the final.

• UF leads the SEC in scoring defense (63.7; 21st nationally) and 3-point field goal percentage defense(.316). The Gators rank 2nd in in turnover margin (+3.6) and 3rd in 3-pointers made (8.2).

• Florida has several players who rank among the SEC leaders: KeVaughn Allen(1st, .882 free throw percentage); Kevarrius Hayes(t-3rd, 2.7 off ensive rebounds), 6th, 1.9 blocked shots; Noah Locke (4th, 2.5 3-pointers made); and Andrew Nembhard(4th, 2.5 assist-to-turnover ratio;6th, 5.2 assists).

• Florida’s defense has been strong, currently 13th in KenPom defensive efficiency, and has held 9 foes to 57 points or fewer.

• Florida has held 3 opponents West Virginia, Butler and Arkansas more than 30 points below their season scoring average entering the meeting. The Gators have held 10 major conference opponents at least 19 points under the team’s scoring average entering the contest.

• The Gators’ non-conference schedule and overall strength of schedule both rated the toughest in the SEC according to KenPom. As Florida continues to schedule as hard as anyone in the country for non-conference play, Florida also had 2 conference games against each of the SEC’s top 3 finishers.

• KeVaughn Allen exploded for 12 of his 21 points in overtime in the win at #13 LSU, the most points in a single OT period by a Gator since Nick Calathes scored 13 vs. Kentucky on 1/19/08

• Andrew Nembhard’s 9-for-9, 21-point performance in the win at Alabama was the first game with 9+ field goals without a miss by an SEC player in conference action since 1/23/99 (UT’s Isiah Victor in a loss at Florida).

• Keyontae Johnson’s double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds at Alabama marked the most boards by a Florida freshman in an SEC game since Al Horford had 18 vs. Alabama (2/5/05) and the first double-double by a freshman since Bradley Beal, who had 6 in 2011-12.

• KeVaughn Allen (8) and Noah Locke (7) made 15 of Florida’s 18 3-pointers in the win vs. Texas A&M as Allen posted 31 points and Locke added 27. It marked the most 3-pointers ever by 2 Florida teammates in a game.

• Noah Locke has set a Florida freshman record for 3-point field goals, passing Anthony Roberson’s old record of 74, set in 2002-03

• In Florida’s win at Georgia, Keyontae Johnson, Noah Locke and Andrew Nembhard became UF’s fi rst freshman trio to start a game since Jan. 2, 1999, when LaDarius Halton, Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller all started. • Jalen Hudson scored 33 in Florida’s overtime loss vs. LSU, including 25 of Florida’s 28 points over the fi nal 13:00 of regulation. He scored 16 straight for the Gators in one 6+ minute stretc

- Freshman Torrence Watson is averaging 15.7 points per game and shooting 45.5 percent from beyond the arc over the last four games.

-He has set a new program record for single-season made 3-pointers by a Mizzou freshman with 47.

-Watson exploded for a career-high 20 points on a career-best seven made field goals vs. South Carolina, then followed with 17 points and a career-high five 3-pointers at Georgia. Watson became just the fourth Mizzou freshman to make five 3-pointers in a game since 2015 and the first since Jontay Porter at South Carolina last season.

-He is averaging 10.3 points per game over the last 12 games, draining at least one triple in every contest. In that span, he's scored 123 points and made 29 treys after notching just 79 points (4.6 PPG) and 18 treys in Mizzou's first 18 games.

-61.5 percent of Mizzou's scoring this season has come from players who are freshmen or sophomores, and that doesn't include transfer Dru Smith, who averaged 13.7 PPG as a sophomore at Evansville. 68.3 percent of Mizzou's scoring has come from players slated to return in 2019-20.

-Freshman Xavier Pinson exploded for a career-high 20 points and six assists in an electric outing vs. Ole Miss. He has logged at least 22 minutes in eight of the last 12 games. He's chipped in at least eight points in eight of the last 14 contests, including 11 points and a career-high nine rebounds vs. Arkansas and at Ole Miss.

-Freshman Javon Pickett has started 29 games during his rookie season. In addition to being Mizzou's defensive stopper, Pickett has reached double figures 10 times. He notched 15 points at Florida, and added seven points and a career-high seven boards at Mississippi State. Pickett has grabbed at least six boards in four straight games.

-After Pinson's 20 points on Saturday, Torrence Watson's 20-point outing vs. South Carolina on March 2 and Pickett's 21-point outburst at South Carolina on Jan. 13, Mizzou now has three different freshmen with 20-point games in the same season for the first time in program history.

-At least one of Mizzou's three freshmen have reached double figures in 11 of the last 12 contests. The Tigers have been led in scoring by a freshman seven times in league play. The trio has racked up 43 combined starts this season.

-Auburn is 26-38 (.406) in the SEC Tournament since its renewal in 1979. Overall, the Tigers have a 30-55(.353) mark in the tournament. Auburn has won one SEC Tournament title in program history as the eighth-seeded Tigers became the first team to win four games in four days to take home the championship in 1985. Additionally, Auburn finished as the runner-up twice (1984, 2000).

-Guards Bryce Brown and Jared Harper were named to the All-SEC second team by the league’s coaches. Harper was also honored with All-SEC second team recognition by the media.

-Brown and Harper are the first backcourt in Auburn history to garner all-conference honors in back-to-back seasons. They are the fifth and sixth Tigers to be named All-SEC under head coach Bruce Pearl.

-Chuma Okeke has scored in double figures in 15 of the last 16 games, during which he is averaging 13.8 points, 7.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. Okeke has made a 3-pointer in 14 of the last 15 games, including 12 straight from Jan.19-Feb.27. In those 15 games, he is 25-of-58(43.1 percent)from long range.

-After picking up a win over Mississippi State, the Tigers have back-to-back 20-win seasons for just the fourth time in program history and the first time since 1998-99 and 1999-2000.

-The lucky number for Auburn this year has been 80. When the Tigers put up 80 or more on the scoreboard, they are 14-2. Conversely, Auburn is 2-6 when allowing 80 or more points in a game this season.

-Auburn is third overall in the SEC and tied for fourth in conference games averaging 14.7 assists per game games and 13.1 assists per game, respectively. The Tigers are 15-1 this season when they record at least 15 assists and 17-2 when they have more assists than turnovers.

-Auburn committed only five turnovers in its victory over No. 5 Tennessee to end the regular season. It is the Tigers’ sixth game of the season with under 10 turnovers, including four in the last seven games. The five turnovers against the Volunteers are the Tigers’ few-est since they tied a program record with just three turnovers against Mississippi State on Feb. 4, 2012. For the season, Auburn is third in the SEC averaging 12.6 turnovers per game.

-Auburn shot 237-of-321(73.8 percent)from the charity stripe over the last 17 games of the regular season after going 188-of-282 (66.7 percent) in the first 14 games of the sea-son. The Tigers have shot at least 75 percent from the line in 11 of their last 17 contests after doing so just three times in the first 14 games of the season. Auburn is 11-2 when it shoots more free throws than an opponent and 12-2 when it outscores an opponent from the line. The Tigers are 13-2 when an opponent attempts fewer than 20 free throws.

-Auburn’s senior class of Cole Blackstock, Bryce Brown, Malik Dunbar and Horace Spencer has combined for 76 wins, the sixth-most by any class in program history.» After being one of the youngest teams in the NCAA last year with one senior, Auburn boasts 13 upperclassmen and has 4,182 career points returning for the 2018-19 season eighth-highest in the country.

• Alabama will begin postseason play when it competes at the 2019 SEC Tournament held in Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The Crimson Tide is the No. 10 seed and will square off against No. 7 seed Ole Miss on Thursday at 6 p.m. CT on SEC Network.

• Ole Miss and Alabama will play for the 180th time in series history on Thursday night. That ranks as the third-most games against any opponent in Crimson Tide program history. UA owns a 121-58 lead in the all-time series, with the 121 wins ranking second against any opponent in program history. In the only meeting between the two teams this season, Alabama captured a 74-53 win over then-No. 20 Ole Miss back on Jan. 22 inside Coleman Coliseum. It was the Tide’s largest margin of victory in SEC play this season and the Rebels lowest point total of the year.

• Alabama is 9-12 against Quadrant 1 (2-9) and Quadrant 2 (7-3) opponents this year (as of 3/11). The nine wins against Q1 and Q2 teams ranks sixth-best in the SEC. The Crimson Tide trails only LSU (16-5), Kentucky (15-5), Tennessee (13-4), Auburn (13-10) and Mississippi State (11-9). Furthermore, Alabama ranks ahead of Ole Miss (7-11), Florida (6-12)and South Carolina (7-13) in the category.

• Senior Donta Hall is 13 points shy of becoming just the fifth player in program history with at least 1,000 points, 800 rebounds and 200 blocks. Entering Thursday’s SEC Tournament opener, Hall has compiled 987 points, 817 rebounds and 225 blocks in his career. Should he reach the mark, the Luverne, Ala., native will join Leon Douglas (1,909 points, 1,279 rebounds and 235 blocks), Robert Horry (1,591 points, 929 rebounds and 286 blocks), Jermareo Davidson (1,268 points, 918 rebounds and 221 blocks) and JaMychal Green (1,656 points, 912 rebounds and 212 blocks) as the only players in program history to achieve the feat.

• Alabama has reached the SEC Tournament semifinals in each of the last two seasons, marking the first time in 22 years – dating back to the 1994 and 1995 seasons – that the Tide has accomplished the feat. Head coach Avery Johnson has a record of 5-3 in SEC Tournament action, including guiding the Crimson Tide to two wins in the tournament in each of the last two seasons. He has led Alabama to three-straight SEC Tournament quarterfinal appearances and consecutive SEC semifinal showings

• Since the SEC Tournament was restarted in 1979, Alabama is 50-35 (.588) in the event, the second-best record in the league during that span.

• Additionally, the Tide ranks second in championship game appearances (13) and SEC Tournament titles(6).

• From 1982-92, Alabama won the SEC Tournament five times and appeared in the title game nine times.

• Alabama has advanced to the semifinals 25 times, the third most in the league, and the finals 13 times, the second most in the league.

• From 1989-92, the Tide won 11 consecutive games in the SEC Tournament.

- Tyree is the only player in the SEC to rank in the conference’s top 10 in scoring (2nd-18.5 ppg), free throw percentage (4th-83.1), field goal percentage (6th-47.6) and three-pointers made (7th-2.2 per game).

- The Aggies moved to 14-17 on the season with a 69-52 win over Vanderbilt in the opening round of the SEC Tournament.

- A&M took control early on and was able to keep the lead in double figures for much of the final 10 minutes of the first half.

-Savion Flagg, who nearly outscored the Commodores himself with 17 points in the opening period, scored A&M's final eight points of the first half to help the Aggies take a 34-19 lead into the break.

-A&M carried the momentum into the second half, never allowing the Commodores to get closer than 10 the rest of the way.

-Vanderbilt put together a 13-2 run to cut it to 10 with under seven minutes to play, but back-to-back buckets by the Aggies halted the spree and extended the large lead.

-Mississippi State has secured consecutive 20-win seasons for the 10th time in program history.

-Seven of the 10 occurrences have come during the 2000’s. The last time the Bulldogs accomplished the feat prior to the last two seasons was in 2008-09 and 2009-10.

-Ben Howland guided Mississippi State to a 25-12 record and a NIT Final Four appearance in 2017-18.

-The 25 victories were the fourth-highest season total in pro-gram history only behind the 1995-96, 2001-02 and 2003-04 squads
