The possible reality you have laid out is predicated on one absurd premise and one unlikely premise. Furthermore, it is predicated on you beating a very good UGA team in the SECCG (looking less likely by the week).
However, I've seen stranger things. I wonder if they'd say Bama "backed into" the NC.
