The fumble at the goal line when JG ran the wrong play while Pruitt had a come-apart, and Saban paid the refs no telling how much to call that game. Had Mauer stayed in before being injured UT likely wins it. Mauer was calm and collected. I believe the true frosh will play at some point Sat.

Who else do they have? Bailey looks raw as hell. They gotta ride the Guantanamo wave for the remainder of the year IMO

If Bailey is ready I would start getting him snaps. He’s your future

You start Gitmo and try to run the ball and only make dump off passes. Then you come in with your frosh on the second series so he isn't freaked out by starting.

You score 21 points and Alabama scores 49 and you congratulate yourself on how well you played.

It was 35-13. Bama led the entire game outside of a 3 minute tie in the first quarter and led by 2+ scores for nearly half the game. At no point was UT likely to win, regardless of the QB they trotted out there. It’s not hard to believe someone besides JG will give them a better chance Saturday though.

It was 21-13 and Bama was about to punt when the refs stepped in and extended their drive with this pathetic call LINK

They could always run the Wildcat like Kentucky did last year.

I can’t see the video, but I’ll assume it was blatantly egregious and obviously pro-Bama. I didn’t remember it being a one score game in the 3rd. Check must have cleared late.

They’ve been watching our run defense. They are going to try to smash us and keep our offense off the field. Keep it close keep it ugly and hope to be close at the end with a chance to win it.

Why? This isn’t 2011. Alabama’s defense isn’t good.

You obviously didnt read my post SMH....UT was very much in the game before Mauer went out. Point was JG went lone ranger and cost TN the chance to stay in it.

Blatantly egregious is a good way to put it, basically the ref looked at Saban and reversed the call mid sentence

Leave Guano in one more week. The defense needs to build some more confidence with some strip sacks and pick sixes. Guano serves up turnovers like IHOP serves up pancakes. Keep ‘em coming!

I don't understand all the downvotes. It's like y'all hate Tennessee and therefore want JG to stay QB but I know tRant would never hate on us like that.
