quote:

It was a mid to late September game in the house of the Bengal Tigers of the Bayou. It was a night full of wind driven dew and mishaps by a young team learning they are in fact worthy to play in the SEC.

Yes, LSU deserves credit as they took advantage of the elements pouring from the sky and cruised to a good victory, but you could tell this team had found it's identity in the second half.

I knew this team had shed itself from the 2012 Auburn that quit in most games. I also know a young man who was looking for redemption from past offenses at an earlier stop in his career. He became the undisputed leader of this team.

He hasn't said it publicly, but I can tell never again will the elements of mother nature be his downfall again. Not while wearing an Auburn jersey.

Until 2014 LSU Nick bids you a fond farewell till Sept 27 on the plains in Auburn.

Would never have guessed that the only game you'd want to replay is your only loss.

I'm glad we used up all of our bad luck and divine punishment early in the season so we could back load the good stuff :)

A refresher video LINK And oh yeah, Hill had 150 yards in the FIRST HALF.

We got your number. We'll be holding it from my couch this Saturday.

Auburn could easily have lost 3 more games this year (MSU, UGA, Bama). So don't get cocky. You're not that good.

Not a redo, just ready for redemption next year. You won't have a stiff dew on your side this time LSU!!!

You forgot A&M and Washington State...

That's five wins they squeaked out.

Safe to say Auburn is a few plays away from being 6-6.

Yep-I'm penciling in the L.
Will be tough, we don't have your talent, we are NEW to this winning stuff, and you guys are world-beaters now.
Year Nine of The Decline will be the worst yet.

After watching us play UGA and Bama, do you doubt that we can control the weather at JHS?

And a few snaps away from being 11-1. It cuts both ways.
