I really don't care for Meyer anymore. Mainly because of the way he screwed us when he left. Retired........came back.............half assed it..........retired. Then went to OSU. I mean if he didn't like being at UF come out and say it. I can respect that. I just feel he pussed his way out.

He also let things get waaaaaaaaaaay out of hand from a control standpoint with the players. However, I still have a hard to believing he knew AHern murdered someone and he didn't care.

Considering his foundation is like 18 years old, I'm guessing you either didn't try very hard to find out about it or you simply weren't paying attention.

It was a total bitch move. He didn't want to face his problems at UF he created, and didn't want to be hated by UF fans for bolting. So he flopped and pussed around, strung Florida along for a year, told all these sob stories just to wind up in Columbus 18 months later.

We see him after losses even today at tOSU. The instant things really go south, he is going to fricking quit and he is going to double-frick OSU over in the process because he doesn't want people to know he's a quitter. Just get your popcorn and watch

If Meyer skull fricks OSU, trust me. The fans in Columbus will not lose one wink of sleep over it. Were Tide fans wailing and gnashing their teeth when you all had sanctions brought on you ten, fifteen, twenty years ago? You ended up okay. OSU will be okay as well. No one coach is bigger than an institution. But nice try.

Alabama fans are still pissed off at Fulmer and Dubose for all that, so yes, they were. Sure they'll ultimately be fine, but that won't stop them from loathing Meyer if he screws them over

Most people who have a Saban-bashing agenda never let stupid shite like facts dissuade them.

Yeah, that is the correct response if you believe that the world you see is real. I'm not being sarcastic, but just because it's all you know and remember, and just because it's all you have ever seen, that doesn't make it real my friend.

Look at the world, look at all the evil, the illness, the hate, terror, the violence, the wars. Look at the take to give ratio, look at the competition, the individualism, separateness, and the I win you lose attitudes.

Does it look like a world that an all loving, all giving, perfect God would create? Would he be that sloppy? Would His creations turn against Him?

Would someone who is not sick in the mind give up all the money and pleasure to go to prison if he were of sound mind? Would someone sane, with a healthy mind kill other human beings? Maybe what is wrong with this world is not evil, but different degrees of mental illness, insanity.

Laugh and ridicule my points, call me crazy, but at least consider some of what I am saying.

You may have hit on something. Those in existential circles or humanist circles have a disdain for labeling people and actions as good and evil. But make no mistake. There is a soul sickness that is pervasive in modern times. In today's social and political climate, how did we get to a point where people actually hate each other over climate change? I can see the anger and dislike for people over abortion or eugenics, but hating somebody because they think maybe the earth is naturally going to get hotter because of increased population in a limited space? That is called science. And the hatred over God? That is the antithesis of what we are taught here in Western civilization. However we are also taught that capitalism trumps anything the Golden Rule stands for. Greed equals success, and we are seeing the negative effects of that mentality.

May be semantics, but the soul is the only part that is Not sick, the mind however is. The good news is in the end all is well, and if it's not well, it's not the end :)

And God is hated, there is a reason for that
