It is. One year doesn't change the condition of a program. A&M's program is certainly on the rise, but 77-0 isn't that far gone, whereas LSU has been one of the best programs for the past 15 years.
You aren't on our level yet, since 2000, the only program who has been on our level is UF, although Bama is very close, as is USCw.
Also, Bama has obviously been better in the past 5 years, and 3 > 2.

Doesnt mean the recruits you are after are on par (talent wise) with us. Thus in the entire recruiting process...you arent on our level.

It's funny, though: in 1990 before LSU's darkest decade in football, we were ranked 13th in all time win percentage. Aggie's ranking in 1990? 37th. I guess an Aggie would know something about being mediocre.
I know, I know, you're going to say next that using 1990 as a cutoff is a bit self-serving of me. After all, during the 90s you were beating down LSU, right? So let's look at 2000 and account for the golden years of Aggie and doldrums of LSU: in 2000 we were still ranked top 15 in all time win percentage. Aggie in 2000? 23.
As of last year, LSU is back up to 12th and Aggie is still at 23. So, remind me again who doesn't know whose place?

So, here is how this thing transpired and is a good illustration of how LSU fans look down their fricking noses:
1. I stated that A&M are currently recruiting on par with LSU.
2. LSU fan says: Bwaahahahahahahaha
3. I show current recruiting rankings on 4 different services.
4. LSU fan says, but it's July. We WILL WITHOUT QUESTION make it not "on par."
5. I post 2013 recruiting results showing "on par" by just about any reasonable standard.
6. LSU fan says recruiting rankings are inaccurate.
GET OVER YOURSELVES. YOU ARE NOT LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF A&M. WHOOPY frickING DO.
