Of course you do, considering your vast experience and knowledge & understanding of the emphasis placed on strength of schedule in this system when looking at the big picture and in determining possible national championship contenders. Any LSU fan with a brain cell would put their personal feelings aside and wish both of these teams could be undefeated when LSU has to play them, of course, being the only team to give A&M and Bama a loss.

Although your fantasy statement was obviously tongue-in-cheek, how any LSU fan with a single brain cell wouldn't wish for this to be possible is beyond me, but unfortunately, there are those who will not get over themselves, are ridiculously illogical, and are unable to see the forest for the trees.

For example:

This is the dumbest logic after the debacle in 2011. No lsu fan should want this, ever anymore.

Ummmm ... No.

This statement is glaringly void of any logic whatsoever; the definition of illogical.

Bama mainly because Johnny is such a douchebag I don't want him to win. As my mom told me, "I hope those Bama boys roll in there and plant him in the ground -- he needs to come down a few levels."

Sorry A&M, this one isn't personal, I'm just over JFF and his tactics.

For obvious reasons, Alabama fans want Alabama to win...

But Johnny Manziel makes me yearn for the days of Cam Newton. That guy in hindsight, wasn't a cocky d-bag. When under investigation, the man didn't make a mockery of a situation where he was lucky to get out of unscathed.

I hope for the sake of my television set, and the television sets around the nation, that the 'team' defense, knocks the ever living crap outta that kid, and it's a blowout.

I was in high school in Atlanta during the Michael Vick era, and can say that it had an effect on team culture, and those that look up to athletes. The showboating, the IDGAF attitude, the selfishness was all rampant among those who looked up to the guy. [If y'all remember, there was NOTHING more exciting than Vick with the Falcons in the early-mid 2000's. Must-see TV.]

How did that end up? Awful. He ended up getting figured out on the field, and off.

I wish Manziel would grow up, but it usually takes someone to knock you off your horse before you gain any common sense.

His arrogance is what is truly astonishing. I know people hate Nick Saban and the Alabama program, but on a daily basis he preaches process, self-control, accountability, and doing things the right way, when you are supposed to do them. The team goes to class, goes to practice, and graduates at a higher rate than anyone in the SEC. Vanderbilt included.

While the Alabama fanbase can be detested, the way Nick runs his program should be revered. I'd hope that if my kid ever had a chance to play college football, he could play in a program that preaches all those things, as well as a total disdain for a 'me' attitude.

In summation: BEAT A&M.

I agree, Cam was likable, and a fairly good kid (forgetting his laptop stealing, and test cheating).
