I'd put tamu as a TD favorite on a neutral field. 3 points for home field...why I figure the line will drop to around 10 in a few days.

Bet the farm on LSU. LSU is the most under-rated team in the top ten. Glad we get them later when the OL has more time work as a unit.

Why would LSU fans cheer for Auburn over A&M? LSU needs to beat A&M regardless to win the SEC West and needs A&M to be ranked / regarded as highly as possible when they play in November. There is no value to LSU to have Auburn beat A&M - so statement sounds like aggie paranoia or false self-importance to LSU fans. In fact, with both as 1-loss teams, LSU may well be ranked over A&M in coaches' poll this week and will almost certainly be ranked higher in the BCS if it were released this week.

I say the real line opens between 8.5- 10.

Actually, it wont matter. Bama is the ONLY game that matters.

The line will probably be around 10/9.5 before the game IMO. 1 TD + home field advantage.
