We typically beat uga when we win the SEC. Are you old enough to remember what that feels like?
Last time we won the SEC, a couple of years back, we also beat ut.

DawgNation4 bit off more than he could chew. Facts got in his way and now he feels like the dumbass he is for starting a thread without facts. Maybe he is 16 years old and just didn't know?

Talking so much noise about the East. When is the last time you beat Georgia, Tennessee or Florida?
Georgia-2 years ago
Florida-Better question is when's the last time we lost? Which was 2002
Tennessee-Better question is when's the last time we lost? Which was 1999
When's the last time y'all won a championship?

MSU hasn't beaten us since 1999 and Ole Miss since 2004. Forget about the big 3.

When was the last time you beat any of the big 3 in the west? Bama in 2010? What was before that?

We don't talk shite about it though? Nor talk about how great the East is when one of the others does anything worth a damn.

Yeah, I got that in there while I still had the chance. I don't have much hope for that game. But at least it'll be the 2nd game without Dak so maybe MSU will still be getting stuff together. That's where any hope for me comes from.

Any of those teams would be in the seccg every year if they played in the east.
OP was doomed the second he posted this, but responses like yours are the reason this topic is brought up.

Really looking forward to it, this is the first year under Mullen when I honestly have no idea what to expect.

We beat you by 2 scores in 2010, red rocker.

You're right. We were wrong. The East is clearly better than the West. We stand corrected.

UGA 2010...State 24-12 (Starkvegas)
UF 2010....State 10-7 Gainesville)
UT 2012....State 41-30 (Starkvegas)
USC 1999...State 17-0 (Starkvegas)
UK 2015....State 42-16 (Starkvegas)
UV 2014....State 51-0 (Starkvegas)
MZ 2015....State 31-13 (Columbia)
USCE has had our number in 2000's though we have played but a handful of times. We will see what happens next week.

DawgNation4, you pretty much got slapped around in this thread. Take a breather.
It's ok, we all expect UGA to return to their former glory of just falling short of the ultimate prize.

The east sucks. Stop fricking deflecting. The West sucked at the end of the 90s and the East sucks now. There is no denying it.

Mullen has a 13-4 record against the East.
2009: 2-1
2010: 3-0
2011: 1-2
2012: 2-0
2013: 1-1
2014: 2-0
2015: 2-0
The only East team he has a losing record against is USCe.

I'm a Georgia fan, but I'm not going to defend the East. It's indefensible at this point. The West is simply kicking our division's tail. You can get annoyed by those talking about it all you want, but the numbers tell the truth:
*The SEC West has produced the last 7 SEC Champions
*The Western Champ has defeated the Eastern Champ in Atlanta the last 7 years by an average score of 42-20
*Since 2009, the SEC West is a combined 82-35 against the East
*Six of the seven SEC West teams have a winning record against the East since 2009 (Ole Miss does not)
*In the 117 cross-divisional games played since 2009, the average score has been West 29 - East 20.
You can dump on Texas A&M, State, Ole Miss, and Auburn all you want... but the truth is outside of Ole Miss, they've all enjoyed pretty strong success against the East as of late.
Mississippi State is 13-4 against the West since 2009. That includes a 3-2 record against Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee.
Auburn has a 12-7 record against the West since 1009. That includes a 5-5 record against Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. Heck, Auburn has won 6 straight against the Vols (haven't lost to them since 1999) and 3 straight against the Gators (haven't lost to them since 2002).
I've been screaming this for three years now. The divisions need to be realigned. This is not just a cycle that will turn around in a year or two... its a systemic problem that won't turn around anytime soon.
