I agree with you, but its not that unreasonable to not know that Fayetteville is located in the northwest of Arky. Especially if you never see a map of the state. At least he knows it's in Arkansas.

I just don't think it should be that difficult to be familiar with the geography of the region you live in. Nor the geography of the SEC schools.

I love the pod system personally. 4 pods with 4 teams each. 2 pods are paired up for a two year period to create 2 faux divisions where the best records from each faux division meet in a conference championship game.

This system can protect important rivals, add more variety in conference scheduling, and keep a championship game for the conference

For example, you could have the SEC be

Pod 1: OU, OK. st., A&M, TT
Pod 2: LSU, Arky, ole miss, Msu
Pod 3: bama, au, tenn, candy
Pod 4: uf, s. car, uga, uk

Each team would play its pod plus another one for 7 conference games

I got you the first time. I made a mistake. I am not sure what I was thinking. I am well aware of geography, especially the region I live in. I could make a joke about Arkansas here not being important, but I won't. My mistake. Let it go.

I'mnot sure Texas and TAMU are a package deal.

Both fan bases will tell you they are, but the Aggies realize that Texas will through them under the bus for a good deal.

TAMU may want to bolt first, I think they might want to stick it to Texas.

makes no sense for the NCAA rules regarding CCGs

only get one and therefore really can only have two divisions

Just more smoke no fire as usual with the Aggies.

SCHEDULE
MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS
THE TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY SYSTEM

*July 21st-22nd*

(5 short pages)

LINK

The Aggies have a great setup they aren't moving especially with the new money. Texas will always get 25 of the 350 Texas recruits, nothing knew with or without the Longhorn Network.

It makes little sense for the SEC to invite Texas A&M unless they can get Texas or Oklahoma to go along with them in a package deal. You'll need at least one more team to get to 14 and all the other realistic options are pretty unappealing or won't get in due to political pressure (Florida State, Virginia Tech).

I say everyone should keep their arse in their own conf. and stay the hell out of the SEC. Its tough enough as it is. Adding more teams will just hurt us
