just to add a few factoids, Tech is still ranked number 20 in the nation. LSU has actually only played them twice since WWII. Tech is actually more talented this year by far than teams like Auburn or Towson....

Did you not read the thread at all? Very valid reasons were given for such a poor performance, and it's pretty obvious that it was an outlier.
But if LaTech's so inferior, how come y'all couldn't put up more than 24 points on this same "big12" team that gifted y'all 5 turnovers?

I didn't realize we gave up 57 points to them. Good luck against sam Houston state today or what ever garbage you're playing against today. Please don't give up 50 points. This game will probably cost you any chance at making a BCS bowl.

A team with the #1 offense in America? A team ranked in the top 25 currently and pretty much all year? LA Tech isn't THAT inferior. In fact, I wouldn't use the word inferior to describe them this year.
What's YOUR excuse for them having a MUCH better offense than LSU, which is supposed to be the flagship of the state?
Oh I know, I know, "defense wins championships!" except... it didn't for LSU.

Don't forget that La. Tech went for it on 4th down every time after we took the 27-0 lead. To their credit, they didn't give up like most inferior teams who are down by that much.

I don't know if you really want an answer, but we are very, very thin on defense. Our first team defense has proven they are legit but when we have four guys out it gets really ugly. We only played 14 guys against la tech and seven guys played 108 snaps. It is really amazing what the staff has done this year with a very thin base of talent.
But we won't have that problem for long. Was it embarrassing? Of course. Horrible. Complete meltdown mode embarrassing. Almost 12-10 vs Auburn embarrassing.

Actually we did show you how to beat Bama. I'm sure you didn't watch the game anyway. You'll probably say our game with them the week before had no bearing on the outcome of your game with them.

You mean An SEC team that didn't quit yet and also before we found our stride on offense yet? Oh okay.
