So A&M has done better than any other defense thus far. Impressive, I say.

So Kiffen screwed Bama by passing the ball, but then he screwed Bama by running the ball. I don't follow.

More like they were content with a 33-14 lead and ran the clock out with over 10 minutes left in the game, and you didn't do a particularly great job of stopping that. 14 straight run plays with over 7 minutes ran off the clock,

Apparently the game was already decided at the begining of the 4th quarter whe nit was 26-14, because that's when Bama scored their last TD
They should be counting their stars Bama just ran the clock out starting with 10 minutes in the 4th quarter.
I didn't watch...that's hilarious

And really the last TD was after the game was decided so lets call it 19 points.
Please...... Lets not selectively take points off the board and then brag about it.
Frankly...A&M got beat, the score could have different (better or worse), but we got beat. Actually not a lot to brag about.

Frankly, the game should have been more lopsided than it was. I have to give credit to A&M's defense but they were aided, however, by Kiffin's crappy play calling inside the 10-yard line.
When you get deep into the red zone you shouldn't forget what got you there. Instead of getting cute, we should have just kept running between the tackles. Had we done that, the score would have most likely been 17-0 or 21-0 by the start of the second quarter.

Being down 13 points with a chance to stop a team and cut it to a one score game is "after the game is decided"? That is bullshite logic there.

Soft targeting call?

Kiffin held Bama's O to only 26 points with his insistence on passing the ball in the red zone when it was obvious A&M couldn't stop the run

There are several threads on it already, but we can go there. Wilson blocked him head on & didn't use the crown on his helmet. I think it is poor judgement to call him defenseless. Does he need to block him softer or just not block him at all to avoid that call?

I was there, and TAMU looked better than they have in a while. Their defense is very good, especially in the red zone, where it counts, Chavis has done a very good job. We played good, and so did TAMU. They are a good team, despite the haters on this board. They represent the SEC much better than some of the other older SEC members, that's for sure. Their fans were also good representatives of their school. Good luck Aggies!

Well now that was too classy.
That was the only point I was trying to get across. Chavis and the defense did their job.
We needed to play a near perfect game. We didn't. It all spiraled out of control with the hands tot he QBs and the fumble during the exchange.

Chavis has that D playing some good football. 96th in the country is a big improvement from the previous years.

Correct, hence the congratulations.
