What you saw were 2 awful teams and youth and stupid play down the stretch by MSU lose that game. Elston Turner made one big shot at the end. MSU has to get a point guard and a big man in the middle and just add decent depth. I won't even say quality depth. But when Tyson Cunningham, Roquez Johnson, and Baxter Price are getting minutes other than garbage time, you aren't gonna win many games. I love the walk ons and what should be a walk on and how they hustle, but they have no business being on the court in an SEC game. I do like our freshmen though. Sword took some awful shots at the end, Ware missed a catchable pass that woulda tied it up in OT, and Fred Thomas just wasn't involved at all tonite for whatever reason. But those 3 give us a good foundation to build on. As far as the Aggies go, I still say we lost this game more than they won it. Neither one of us will be playing post season basketball. Lawd, the SEC basketball is WEAK this year.
