A short breakdown of the Guice rape allegations

Incident 1

Non athlete girlfriend of an LSU football recruit lives in the same apartment complex as Guice has a party and Guice shows up although she says he wasnt invited. She passes out drunk in another room and wakes up the next day and can tell there was some sexual contact.

She remembers nothing about the incident but assumes she was raped by Guice because he left his number in her phone.

She then claims to remember more about the incident in later "flashbacks."

She tells her friend, an LSU diver, who then tells the LSU diving coach. The LSU diving coach reports the incident and LSU contacts the victim. The victim refuses to file a complaint or assist in an investigation.

Her boyfriend then alleges that Ed Orgeron, now the LSU head coach, says, "Dont worry about it, everyone's girlfriends sleep with other people." This comes after Guice has been openly telling people that he had sex with the player's girlfriend.

The player says he thinks Orgeron knew it wasn't consensual but admits to never talking about it with Orgeron or correct Orgeron's statement which insinuates it was consensual. He also doesn't know how Orgeron learned of the incident.

Incident 2

The victim, an LSU tennis player, also lives in the same complex as Guice. She meets him at a club and she gets drunk. He agrees to drive her and another girl home, he drops the first girl off, then the victim, then he leaves.

Later he texts the victim and asks if he can come over. She agrees and he does. She says Guice forced her to perform sex acts that night and was gone the next morning when she woke up.

The girl is kicked off the tennis team for drug use but later, her female, former tennis coach tells the victim's father that she doesnt believe the allegations when the father talks to the coach about it.

She then goes the drug rehab and tells a counselor there about the incident, the counselor reports it to LSU. A Title IX report is generated but doesn't mention Guice.

After rehab, the victim is able to come back to LSU and regain her scholarship but instead transfers to another school.

She is now part of a lawsuit suiing the NCAA regarding their handling of sexual abuse investigations.
