Bama outscored UGA in aggregate between the two games

Yeah, too bad Bama couldn't score enough points in the SEC Championship game to win the game

Dawgs been getting lucky breaks for a long time.

UGA has had 2 of the worst three breaks and both of the most gutwrenching losses in the SEC in the past decade (roughly).

Auburn 2013

Actually, the Big 12 didn't really want OU/UGA or TX/Bama games played in 2023. The Big 12 wanted to put a team into the CFP (after the TCU debacle) before they left for the SEC.

Before the PAC 12 imploded all the Big 12 could do was expand with G5 schools. They have had no chance at winning the CFP. Their last hope was an undefeated OU or TX.

Yawn

I was going to respond with the asterisks for UTs recent NC titles. But I lost the VCR tape of the game years ago.

Lol. There will be an asterisk

2023 - UGA national champs.*

* - Only team to win 3 consecutively since the introduction of the AP poll.

Georgia wins by either injuring opponents or playing inferior teams. This should be the headline of another thread.

You only won by 1 and a missed FG.

I could be shitty like Georgia fans and laugh at limping Bowers but I ain't cut like that.
