Will you please win the west one of these next 4 years? I won't consider you conference brothers until we play in football as SEC members. I know we beat you in basketball but we only really care about football.
They could not even win the Big 12 south much less the SEC west.
Who said UGA will be dominating the east? USC and Missouri are tops right now in the east.

Maybe we can do an OOC home & home.
That would make quite a statement.

You may be on to something. A&M fans...please feel free to make the short trip to Athens following your Thursday night game to cheer us on against Clemson on Saturday. Show us your SEC loyalty by cheering us on against the ACC.
Sounds like a great idea!!

Sorry, dawgs, but everybody knows we won't win an SEC game for the next several years. No Johnny. No defense. We're last in the west. You'll just have to wait until you come up on the rotation.

I see you saw the updated from one of the sites? Saw everyone talking about it. Don't think Im buying into it too much.

I think there is more to it than it seems. I'm gonna melt if he picks oregon.

We will win it under Kyle Allen or Kyler Murray. I don't see how anyone, even gumps or swamp kittens can deny that. The best QB recruit two years in a row will result in a division title.
Being a highly touted quarterback recruit doesn't necessarily equate to on the field success, just look at Jeff Driskel or Garrett Gilbert. Furthermore, if A&M couldn't do better than third in the division WITH Johnny Football and all its recent 1st rounders, why would you expect a better result with a completely unproven kid?

You do realize top rated recruits fall short of expectations far more often than they meet or exceed them at the next level, right? I know getting big time recruits is brand new to you guys though. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.
LSU had a top rated 5* QB that never threw a single pass in his tenure.

Look buddy, as long as Sumlin isn't relying on his 3-5th options at QB, he has had a consistent top 10 QB in the entirety of College Football, If not the top 1-2 producing QB's.
Basically, when anyone can bring anything factual about Sumlin's qb's "not living up to expectations", I'll strongly consider your point of view.
Till then, you can just keep questioning it, with this thought in the back of your head.

But how does this help with winning a conference title?
Sumlin has had all these great QBs and 0 conference titles. Couldn't even win Conference USA

I think A LOT of people. The West is stupid deep.
It was also popular opinion that Mizzou was set for more early success coming into the SEC while A&M was better positioned for success in the future.
