If we are able to pull the massive upset on Saturday, I personally promise that I will troll the frick out of this board incessantly and be completely unbearable and insufferable in as many threads as possible.

I will completely ignore all of my responsibilities irl to completely dedicate myself to this important task for an entire week.

You all have my word.

Wow! Shaking in my boots!!! This Missouri guy is going to become insufferable and unbearable if the earth suddenly reverses course and the unthinkable happens. He really needs to get a life. Strange, I thought this conversation started because he and others thought we in the SEC were too involved with our teams.

Oh I can believe it. If Missouri actually beat Georgia they would probably declare a state holiday avid burn down the entire state in celebration. We must be really good to have them so worked up. A Missouri win would probably get written down in their history books. Where as a loss by UGA would be extremely disappointing. But we would dust ourselves off, practice even harder and make Tennessee pay for our temporary lapse. Life would go on and Georgia would live to fight bigger and better opponents.

The term "Missouri promise" sounds like an old-time expression for a promise everyone knows is complete bullshite.

Used in a sentence: Even though my wife and I are both white, I am not concerned that she just gave birth to a black baby because she made me a Missouri promise that the baby was mine.

Maybe I'm just confusing made-up expressions with my biased views due to the Zou's perpetual history of failure. I suppose in my mind it could sound like a good meaning for the term, but to the average Missouri citizen, it could refer to something completely different though equally important, like a code of loyalty among meth heads or something.

I don't know, man, these are the things I think of.

The men?? I remember when your school first joined the SEC and your school made some snarky remark about Georgia not playing big man football. How'd that work out for y'all? I suspect some if your players are still hurting to this day. I'd have thought a Missouri fan would avoid talk about MEN especially to a Ga fan.
