A lot of us our just relieved it's not Miles calling the plays anymore, but of course we like someone who wins by at least 3 scores in all of his games.

Yes we may have said those thing and meant them at the time. But who could have forseen all that has transpired since those quotes ???
Some fans also said mean things about Miles, Saban, Dinardo, Hallman, Archer, Arsparger, Stovall, McClendon and Dietzel.
I'm sure none of you things ever said a discouraging word about Saban, Shula, Price, Franchione, Dubose. Stallings, Curry, Perkins, even Bear.
But at least we don't have fans who:
poison opponents' landmarks, get naked in public and lay their scrotums on the shoulder of another adult male, deliberately leave their child in a locked car at work while sexting and going on web sites detailing how to live a child-free life, killing a sibling because the sibling wasn't upset enough about a loss, people surfing at a stadium and drunkenly abusing and shrieking patrons in the seats she jumped on, throwing rocks at the head coach's window, dragging a hot dog on a stick inside a cage on campus gameday and giggling at opposing fans passing by like it's actually meaningful to them, and of course, welcoming opposing fans to their campus in 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2011 with Katrina insults.
