Our defense crumbled against OU and was really to blame for all of our losses minus the Bama game where they played lights out (defense suffered preseason losses and then Maggitt in the OU game). The narrative has been to blame the offense but really it's our secondary that fricked up those games. They were supposed to be a good unit but they let us down in critical situations more than once. Those close games and defensive collapses are what cost Jancek his job despite him being a good but not great DC. That said, it also makes the Shoop hire a great one that could pay huge dividends this year.

Phil Fulmer, with Roy Adams help, made inserting things like funnels up our assholes cool. Phil could double funnel a half a suitcase of "Curs Light" with Roy's help. Two legends, Roy and Phil and their double tuned a-hole beer funnel.

Hell....I thought General Neyland had risen from the grave and was on campus to yell shite at Butchy. Neyland is the only legend I know of at UT.

I'm sure you guys have find memories of his time at UT. I'm glad he was still coaching on the sideline when Bama started their current 9-game winning streak on the Vols.
