Not what the Heisman is about. Its not a lifetime achievement award. He's not even the best player on his team, much less all of college football.

It wouldn't suprise me if the Heisman Committe said frick the stats and just give it to AJ. Johnny Autograph and Rapist Winston have embarrassed themselves enough. There is something to be said for a guy with 3 rings and going for a fourth who has done nothing else besides win and hasn't brought any disgrace to his team or the game.

In that case, Mariota should also be considered. He's very humble. It also wouldn't surprise me if he has the highest GPA out of all the major candidates. Mariota really cares about his academics; it wouldn't surprise me at all if he ends up coming back next year.
