And one of those FGs was after a penalty gave them 6 "and goal to go" chances. Awful I tell'ya.

The Box Score for the second quarter:
Sips 0
Alabama 24

If only Colt McCoy could have been in the game playing defense....

I find it hilariously ironic that they all scream religiously that the coach who, but for his QB being a gigantic pussy, would have beat the frick out of the coach that actually won, but they were recently jacking off to fantasies of firing the coach that "should" have won and replacing him with the coach that "should" have lost.

Difference between the whorns and Bama:

Starting QB, one of the top pocket passers in the college game, gets hurt running the option.

UT: We'd have won if he hadn't gotten hurt! Your coach sucks!

Bama: What the holy hell was Colt doing running an option? Our coach sucks!

Not to mention Texas has admitted that he ran the option wrong. So, their great Colt McCoy got hurt running the play wrong. And 4 years later they are saying he would have beat us had he been healthy. WTF?

Haha, thanks for this. No need to comment on the legitimacy of their claims as others have done that superbly here. I just can't believe they aren't over it. As someone else said, that game just feels like ages ago. I think it is impossible to fully comprehend the damage that this one game did to that fanbase's collective psyche. I actually really enjoyed partying with the UT fans the couple of days leading up to the game, but I swear they became possessed by the antichrist as we bar hopped post game, just minding our own business.

Worst sports radio show ever. One of the hosts(I can't remember which) is a sleazeball, according to my mother. She was a bridesmaid in his first wedding, and she said her and all her sorority sisters knew it would end badly. He cheated on her, and I think he's on his second or third wife now. I saw a picture of the guy, and the original wife and I was stunned. I really think being in a frat allows a bunch of guys to outkick their coverage if they lock it down right out of college. Most women are looking at a smaller pool, and if a lot of these women took a step back they'd realize how much better they could do.

If Saban never wins another one at Bama, and Gus wins a couple, we will see how long it takes gumps to get over kick six. It will be a LOT longer.

Meh. I disagree. Gumps aren't blaming the loss on an injury that would have changed the outcome. They seem to be accepting it. The kicker didn't kick it far enough. They didn't make the tackle. There may be some bitching about holding, but most pretty much everybody, Buzzards included, called it a lucky play.

It would have been a more interesting game but they weren't beating Bama.

Bama whooped UT's arse. Only Big 12 fans would argue this case 4 years later. Case doesn't play defense does he? How would he prevent Bama from hanging 37 on their arse?

Yeah not really concerned with the proper way to disparage UT according to A&M fans. You are the one obsessed with them; I just find this particular issue hilarious.

McCoy went out, and Bama went into "Safe Mode". They all seem to overlook that
