Currently allowing:

8 passing yards per game
70 rushing yards per game
78 total yards per game
0 points per game

Kevin Steele sucks.

That's fine. Just don't expect those numbers to improve.

Georgia Southern has become a mess with their still new coach and messing with what they are at their best.

That is the most impressive stat considering who Auburn was playing.

That was the most dominating performance by our D, I have seen, in many years. I believe they had less than 30 yards of O against our #1's. Our #2's were just as solid.

Most of their yards came during mop up duty when we had our minute killers in the game.

Just imagine if the 2nd team D started the game

Yep. Tyson Summers has turned GSU into a joke. He wont make it past this season (and frankly should have been fired after last season).

Why risk getting them hurt in an OOC game? Better to keep them fresh.

WTH is this post?
I've been high on Auburn all off season. I think they're a good team, but this hubris is pretty remarkable.

It would be like if Mizzou fans were in here bragging about their dominant offense right now.

Fortunately they're smarter than this.

Remember when fans of other teams tried to say thst GSU could be a "trap game" because they run the triple option?

When other fans complain about Auburn's hubris they are not considering context.

1. We have had a shite defense for the last decade. Despite two SEC titles and two national championship games. We won when everyone was scoring 30 on us. Our past defenses would force MAYBE two 3 and outs a game no matter who we played. We forced about a dozen last night. Our prior defenses could not do that against Opelika High School.

2. We have had a shite QB who could not throw a ball more than 15 yards from the LOS for all but 3 of those years. (Newton x1 and Marshall x2)

We now finally have a QB that can make a few throws to keep the defense honest.

3. We finally have SEC quality linebackers and a defense with depth. Excuse us for being excited and overzealous. It's not like every fan thinks we can beat the New England patriots.

That said......

15-0 ship bitches.
