Yeah you're right, RBIs are totally on the guy at the plate, doesn't have to have runners in scoring position at all.

You are probably the only person that would have Bregman over Spoon right now, but whatever.

Except not at all, because Bregman is hitting better and plays a much tougher defensive position.

I'm done with this guy. You can have him if you want, UH. I don't want to talk baseball with a guy who thinks RBI's are an irrelevant stat.

I said it's irrelevant compared to these other stats which AREN'T so dependent on others being on base. Are you retards seriously trying to argue RBIs aren't dependent on your teammates being on base, and in scoring position?

Good god homer of the year award winner right here guys.

At least the fans on here know otherwise in that FOTY thread the other day, about all of them said Spoon.

Let this homer get his homer on.

Kendall Rogers ?@KendallRogersPG
#Arkansas RHP Colby Suggs with a very crisp ninth to close out #RebsBSB 10-1. Suggs 93-95 FB with one 79 CB. Looked dominant #mlbdraft #SEC

Who's the more clutch hitter

Guy 1 is hitting .285 (10 for 35) with RISP and has 20 RBI
Guy 2 is hitting .400 (6 for 15) with RISP and has 15 RBI

This is the same guy who was stalking every Arkansas recruiting thread bitching about CBB pulling some RB's offer in the first week he was hired, meanwhile Les pulled a DT at the same school's offer on NSD by letting him know via not sending him a LOI.

So yeah, not surprised he thinks RBIs are "pretty irrelevant"...

Not sure why.

He was hit by a pitch
Grounded to 2nd which scored a run when he beat out the throw
2 RBI double
Grounded out.

Unless the ground ball to 2nd isn't counted as a hit? Wasn't an error....

He's not very baseball savvy. Just say he went 2-3. I doubt he'll know why it's 2-3 instead of 2-4.

Whoever kept the stats you're reading went full retard. HBP counts the same as a walk. His single wasn't an error. He just beat out the throw. He went 2-3.
