I was just glad we didn't have to do "gay stuff" like screw a goat etc.
I am not sure anyone had to screw a goat although there was always a few tied up at several houses. The Pikes used to ask the pledges if they would do anything for the frat, and pledge would say yes, and his big brother would give him a condom and they would be led to the goat. But no one had to really screw it although they actives always claimed a few were willing and some eager to do it. (LOL)

In no fricking way did I mean that to be a pro hazing post. It was really bad but this was long long time ago before most of you were probably born. You put up with it because you had too.
It sucked and I dont think it served any real purpose other than for weak actives and people that had been hazed to return the favor. Bizarre that this stupid shite has come back around again.
BTW, I never put any pledges into anything that risk their safety and focused instead on as little hazing mostly mental hazing as I could get away with and killed as much of this shite as I could. It split the chapter to two camps the pro-hazing and anti-hazing. The anti hazing was up when I left maybe not now.
It caused as much bitterness and hatred as it bounded people together, and is just fricking sadistic bullshite.
When they IFC pulls this chapters charter as they are going to have to do because Lloyds of London will make them do it maybe rest of chapters will take notice. (All Frats are bound together into one insurnace compact though IFC and have been since like 83, so ATO national can move to get rid of a deke chapter if they start having lawsuits, or the carrier can just say we are not going to insure Fiji of Bama and they are out.
If as a result of these they launch an investigation into hazing at all frats at bama, that would really be bad.

A little hazing never hurt anything. I went through pledgeship in 2006. Ya it sucked but it wasn't really that bad. The only "injuries" were total accidents and were dealt with properly.
