2002- ark fans named it themselves "miracle"
2007- defensive break down; ill give them the win; only bull sheet was the 4th down in OT were our idiot DB #44 left the full back #22 out the backfield to get a first down- leading to ark win
2008- 2nd miracle on markham
2010- last play of first half
i think its ok to call every ark win in this decade a "fluke"

There is no fanbase in America that supports a team with such mediocre to 'pretty good' sports history that is as obnoxious and has such a bizzare sense of 'excellence' as Arkansas fans.

The funny thing about this thread is the only loss that really bothers LSU fans would be 2002. 2002 was the flukiest(if thats even a word) win I have ever seen, which cost us a trip the SEC Championship game. Yeah we lost in 2007 and it was a big deal at the time but we still made to MNC and no one even cares anymore that we lost to Arkansas that year. 2008, yup that was Arkansas's super bowl where the entire LSU community from the head coach to so so s grandmother could given a crap about that game because the season was at a loss already.
Games that are more important than Arkansas to LSU fans:
1. Bama
2. Auburn
3. Florida
4. Ole Miss
5. Georgia (when we play them)
6. Tennessee (when we play them)
7. Arkansas (at least your in 7th)
Games that are more important than Arkansas to LSU fans:

2010, was the only win not on the last play of the game.

I love how Arkansas fans ignore the fact we handed them the game in 2008. Well, Rahiem Alem handed them the game. He just had to practice his punting then and there.

The LSU-Arkansas games are usually good games but still, its hard to get excited for Arkansas. Sorry. Don't care about any type of rivalry with them. More excited about playing traditional SEC powers like Alabama, Florida, Auburn, Tenn, UGA etc.

They beat us in 2007 and we still won the NC, but when we ruined their BCS shot in 2006 they fell apart and lost to Florida and Wisconsin.
We always finish ranked above them even when we have down years.
I get it, Arkansas fans. You're a much better team now that has choked away some big games in the last 2 years. You have, however, beaten LSU a few times lately. So it's basically all you have.

people can say what they want, but i have to agree with the OP. damnit. a win over LSU pretty much makes the season for most of the arky fans. their players too. they come to play and both the LSU fans and the LSU players just don't seem to realize it. i've known hundreds of arky fans and every damn one of them hate LSU.

I think the LSU players and fans care. It's just been one of those games lately and frankly, I think they are awesome and look forward to it every year to see what happens next.
