I don’t think Kirby is going to just accept any “rebuilding” years. If he didn’t think he had a qb on the roster who he could win with now, he’d try to recruit a new one.

We are playing true freshmen ILB.
We are rotating in 3 backup guards throughout games.
There is no room for rebuilding years in college football.
The process is to get better from August to January. That includes underclassmen.
The hope (it is a hope) is that they play near all conference levels by December/January
