So now its about conference pride when you suck?
I like comparing our season. A&M has move wins vs the top 10 then tu did in conference. Until a few years ago I didn't even know WVU had a baseball team and now they're regularly finish above you in the standings.

As much as I hate to say it, I have to side with texashorn on this. He can root for TCU as a conference mate, and the t.u. suck quotient is kind of irrelevant. We would probably do the same thing, now that we are in a conference we don't hate.
That being said, texashorn is still an insufferable troll that nobody likes.

When you consider the fact that, in the 16 seasons we were in the Big 12, there was no "conference pride" (every season, each fanbase wanted the conference to only have one bowl win...their team), it's not.
Example:
In the 2009 season, 11 Big 12 programs (and every program in the country not named Auburn for that matter) wanted Alabama to win the National Title.
In the 2008 season, 11 Big 12 programs wanted FLORIDA to win the National Title.
In the Big 12, when Texas and Oklahoma did well, we would suffer.
In the SEC, when Alabama, LSU, Florida, etc. do well, we don't suffer. When they do poorly, it helps us a little, but not that much.

no it'll be the fact this team has played above it's expectations this season IMO
I think Supers was about the farthest I would have guessed for this team if I'm being real with losing 8 starters
