this is a huge black eye for the program. We were already going to have a down year this year more then likely. This probably puts us out of contention for landing some great talent and lands us in the dreaded Mizzou spot. A great basketball school that fell off the cliff. Mizzou will get better of course, and if worse comes to worst so will Arkansas. But there may be some years wandering the desert. I will put it this way. If Mike Anderson has a good, solid, year this season then we know we have a real keeper. Because this is going to be a real bear of a year for the men's team in basketball.

Yup yup and yup all around. Poor Mike and I don't mean that sarcastically- what a crappy thing to happen for him.

Not important but Beard is maybe proof that you can't judge a book by it's cover. Mug shot aside, he just looks sweet and innocent.

I'm interested in seeing where this all goes.

Where did they get the bills? Why did they get the bills? Were they paid with said bills?

The Thomas kid just arrived on campus a month or so ago I believe. How did he get caught up in this so quickly?

Yes it should be very interesting to see what happens.

Thankfully, it's not football guys- because this news would suck even harder right before the season started.

Yeah, id say beard is going to prison if that's true. The other two are facing 1 and 2 counts respectively, but 9? Damnit

5-20 on each count. I think he'll end up doing 7 depending on how useful the info he coughs up is to catching the source.

Sad that his talent is now wasted and will only be seen for an hour three days a week on recreation time.

How critical were these guys to next year's team? That Kapita guy as well?

If MA doesn't do an amazing job as coach next season the rivalry might have taken a pit stop.

Stupid arse athletes! Why the frick do they do stupid shite like this? (I know, I know - most of them don't) but getting a free ride to college under the conditions of following some simple fricking rules and laws... and then go out and blow it

Generally the ones who get in serious trouble could give to shites about the free ride to college.

Beard was to be a starter, Jacory was a decent and would play.

Kapita play little, Thomas is a new transfer would not play.

UK in class by itself. Arkansas loves playing UK and sometimes win. UK is just a great program that sustains year to year.Much respect !
