Good for them. The SEC is Glory and Agony. I think the majority of both bases are unsure of the outcome.....either way.....It's almost SATURDAY IN ATHENS!!!!!

ant' come soon enough!! I'll be watching from somewhere in Atlanta!

BTW, I'm surprised I haven't seen the "opponent's cheerleaders" thread this week. If figured y'all would be drooling over the Golden Girls!

Every season, Pinkel always seems to win one he shouldn't.

This could be that game.

Unfortunately, he also seems to lose one he shouldn't.

Not sure yet. Maybe where the Mizzou alumni group has their watch party, but we haven't decided for sure. Probably in the Marietta area, or along that perimeter somewhere. Got any good suggestions?

Tons but I'm sure others will chime in. Taco Mac, Front Page News (LSU bar), Jocks and Jills are all great places. Taco Mac is my favorite and there are a few in Marietta. They have a huge beer selection. It just depends on what you're looking for and where you'll be after the game.

Edit: Since you can post on our board you might get some more choices if you ask over there.

Edit: Edit: There's a Mizzou fan club in Atlanta?

That's one of the places we're talking about! I think there are 2 watch parties - Buckhead Saloon, and Jeffrey's Sports Grill in Alpharetta. I know nothing about either place.

Yeah, because me posting there went over so well the first time.

I got that, I just don't see any Mizzou fans with their gear on so I was surprised they have a branch here, although I shouldn't have been

I'd never seen Georgia stuff on a non-tourist in Vegas until last year's joint Mizzou/UGA watch party. There were a ton of them.

So out of 2 million, you can pick out which ones are residents and "tourists?" Much less, ones that are UGA fans?

Hmmm.....

It was an accurate statement. There aren't many tourists knocking around the normal city part of Vegas, and of the people not in the tourist areas I haven't seen people wearing Georgia stuff or people with UGA plates/stickers on the back of their cars.

We do have a ton of LSU and Saints people from when the casino people wound up moving out here after Katrina.

Why go all the way to atlanta and not just keep going another 60 miles to athens?

So what you're saying is there aren't UGA fans that inhabit the slums of Vegas. Got it.

By the way, a few people I know live in Vegas that went to UGA.

Got it, so you're trying to be a douche.

If you'd like to have a zip code comparison in this thread I'd be happy to oblige.
