Ole Miss definitely has the most underrated line. As somene previously stated, this one will be fun to bump

Ben Bradley is a junior.

He's a Sr. Juco transfer that played a lot last year.

Senior heavy DL with Bradley, Whitaker, Blackson, Owens and Wright.

I'm not sold on Hunter either. Rasco is solid, but Hunter hasn't done a whole lot other than flexing for the camera.

After rewatching both the Alabama and Georgia games, hunter played substantial minutes and didn't do a whole lot. I think the raw talent is there, but technique wise he's got a long way to go.

Even as an LSU fan, I would say this assesment is fair. I am hoping with another year under his belt, he is ready to use his physical freakish abilities to become a difference maker on the field.

Mizzou will show you why we are D. Line-U.

We've got a DE that runs a 4.44 40 at 250Lbs.

We also have The Predator:

Judging by certain posters in other fanbases, I thought that he was a complete bust

Yeah I thought he was as well.

only weak link on our DL is NT. Ivory is okay at clogging the middle, has zero push though. lake is coming off a torn labrum, dont know how recovered he is. there is optimism about freshman josh frazier, kid is apparently already impressing, and supposedly already benched over 500lbs in summer workouts (or 16000lbs in auburn numbers). the rest of the line is freaking loaded. robinson, reed (assuming he only gets a slap on the wrist), tomlinson, allen, liner, with hand coming in. all big guys that can really move, rush from the 3/4 DE or from DT in 4/3. pettway, tim williams, and incoming 5 star freshmen evans and miller should add some serious edge rush on 3rd and long (we got killed on 3rd and long last year because we had no pass rush).

edit:miller will probably redshirt to bulk up. evans likely will contribute immediately as a pass rush specialist. every single one of these guys was a 5 star or a very highly rated 4 star. crazy

I tend to agree, however you could see by the Spring Game, Hunter has begun that journey toward becoming yet another NFL lineman from LSU. I predict he'll have a breakout year.

It's a credit to our depth and coaching that we can lose a first round DE and Lawson, at least for part of the year, and still be #2. Tons of experience in the trenches will pay off

So? They weren't any good last year.

It always does and that goes for both offense and defense. The OLine is why Au was so successful last year running the ball. That line came from your class that was ranked #1 when they signed.

That's why LSU, Au, and Bama have been successful. Line play is crucial
