This list is a lot closer to what I think, so it's obviously much better

I mean they do have an SEC title in football in the last 7 months...no small feat. How are your Vols doing?

And UT hasn't won an SECC in 20 years and isn't even a
top 15 job

My favorite team is not ranked highly on this list so I think it is shite and have downvoted you.

Not really though. From 1983-2002, UGA went .60 in conference play which is a lot more respectable than Tennessee, which sits at .49 in conference play since 1998.

Numbers wise that is correct, we went from 82-02 and yall are currently sitting at 98-18.

However, we actually did win the SEC in 02 (which you did not in 18) so your streak is currently longer. Furthermore we won the east again the following season adn the SEC 2 years after that. Won at least 10 games each of those years and were a major player in that early richt era.

Call me crazy, but something tells me pruitt isn't about to win a couple SEC titles in the next few years.

Auburn as the most demanding job in the sport is an interesting concept.

LSU was usually higher on these lists before we hired Orgeron.

Alleva's ineptitude is being confused for us having trouble finding a top coach. It would not have been hard with an AD with an IQ over 70.

Agreed. But I'm genuinely curious to see how O does this year and if he can regain some respect from bombing at Ole Miss. But, let's be honest, most coaches would bomb there.

Well, he's literally the worst ever in their program's history.

His predecessor and successor were both FAR better than he was. Truly astonishing how bad he was at Ole Miss. 3-21 in the SEC. That's historically shitty.

Well, everyone knows LSU's in state talent and program level will let most people win most games. However, last year he had 1 good win and 2 absolutely embarrassing losses, one of which was at home to fricking Troy.

He'll have to win 10 games this year and next for people to start forgetting his ineptitude thus far in his career. Kirby Smart inherited a very comparable program at UGA and in year 2 won the SEC, made the national title game, and brought in arguably the greatest recruiting class in history. Your move Ed.

Yup, and you don't fire a 9 win Les Miles for a 9 win Ed O. LSU has built in advantages over other schools, but the bar is also set very high. It'll be interesting to see what happens if O wins 8/9 games this year and next year. The precedent was set with Miles's firing that anything less than 10 wins is not acceptable at LSU.

If that happens, Alleva and O can help each other pack up their offices.

At least he won't leave the cupboard bare when he does eventually get canned.

We'll be able to compete immediately with a new coach.

Read an article that gave Gary Dinardo a alot of credit
for LSU's in state recruiting success with Saban and Miles.Said he visited every single HS in the state when he got the job and developed the current pipeline.

The write ups are relatively accurate, but the author makes absolutely no sense coming up with a points based ranking system then saying frick it when he didnt agree with point totals for the schools. He has Clemson at #4, yet according to their points they are between Notre Dame and Texas AtM at #14.

That makes no sense to come up with a points system then ignore it in the list.

Also he has bama ranked as a moderate pressure job. No way. Bama is as high pressure, high stakes a job as there is anywhere.
