Why the frick would Gruden give up a cushy job where he works a few hours a week for $6.5 million to go to a dumpster fire where he would have to work extremely long hours under a lot of stress for a demanding fan base who doesn't realize that they're not an elite program anymore? It's not happening.

You guys should win at least 9 games next season. You can probably win 10 if you can knock off Florida. They should be just as depleted next season so I don't see why not
