ed. Clemson will have another good year, but I think they miss the playoffs.

i might would agree with you if FSU wasnt' at Clemson and their pass protection was so bad last year. also, all the talented QBs from this season in ACC are gone except Lamar Jacson and Francois

Clemson may have more speed at RB positon if Feaster lives up to the hype.

my UGA pick is mostly based on UGA's schedule and the fact SEC east is so down.

The East is improving....slowly. We appreciate the nod, but no way we beat Alabama in the SECCG, IF we make it there.

i think uga has the talent to beat ND.

We should truck ND. They are pretty bad. I'm not sure who all Florida State brings back, so Clemson could go.

why do i get the impression you are a cocky alabama fan who thinks the world revolves around your dumb program. alabama losing players too. giving 4 WRs had 90 plus yards against Alabama including a walkon, and Gallman ran hte ball well, and our OL played well and our defense played well, how can you say Clemson was just Watson. you obvoiusly a stupid person or pushing a false narrative.

Well you'd be just as wrong about that as you are about your prediction. You won't catch me saying Alabama will be in the playoffs next year. That's my typical demeanor almost every time Alabama plays. I will say, though, that they have a much better chance than Clemson.

I also, didn't say Clemson was all Watson, but him leaving will have a huge impact on your team. If you look at my examples, Auburn made it back to the NC game after Newton. I'm just saying you aren't at the elite level yet to where you expect to be in the playoffs every year.

If I'm wrong at the end of the year, I will look you up (if you're still here) and admit as much.

i disagree with that. most likely if Clemson at least splits with Auburn and FSU, they will be in playoffs. both games are at home. G Tech game is at home too which is a bfd b/c Clemson has only won twice at ATL since 2003. last year Clemson won at GTech, at FSU, and at Auburn.

Clemson rarely loses to unranked teams under Dabo, Pitt was the first one in like 35 games but they were in my view in the 20-25 range.

here are ACC teams with new QBs next year in addition to Clemson:

G Tech
UNC
Miami
Va Tech
BC
Pitt

Lville loses their top 3 WRs and some defensive players and really struggled in 0-line later in season.

Va Tech lose two of their best WRs

UNC lost their stud RB and some receivers including that white guy.

Auburn will have new OC and QB and they lost some talent on defense.

FSU lost Cook.

NC State lost their stud RB Dayes. they do return a solid QB in Finley.

Pitt lost James COnnor and OC Canada.

Glad you calmed down a little. I wasn't really trying to strike a nerve. I don't post here that often and I forget how everybody is on edge and just waiting for incoming attacks.

I'll be honest. I haven't looked at Clemson's schedule. You may be right, I'd just be surprised. I honestly like Clemson and really like Dabo. Always have. I just think Clemson fans are riding maybe a little too high right now and should wait until after this season to start all the bragging. Like I said, maybe I was wrong.

while I think UGA will be better this season and they have a monster class coming in, to think they go from losing at home to Vandy and GT to winning it all in one season is a bit of a stretch.

if the cubs can win the World Series and Donald trump can become our president, the dawgs can definitely go from losing to Vandy on homecoming to hoisting the trophy. Anything is possible in America!

Big 12 won't have a rep this year. They are going to learn what it's like to have just one bye like the rest of us. And a conference that doesn't know how to schedule with a CG. They were really stupid keeping the round robin schedule and not going to divisions.

If Baylor and OK St make the Big12CG they will be playing in their eighth consecutive conference game in eight consecutive weeks. The rest will be playing in their NINTH or TENTH in 9 or 10 weeks. Texas Tech takes the cake! Not only would they be playing in their 10th in 10, they would be playing their 12th overall game in 12 weeks. They play ASU and are at Houston prior to their conference schedule. I believe we can safely say that TTU will not be in their CG nor the CFP.

even with the complete lack of correlation, it makes sense. In Trump's America, we can all be great again!

i didn't brag. i made a projection.

people pick FSU to beat Clemson every year simply b/c they are FSU. Clemson is 8-6 against FSU the past 14 years and only two of the wins were with Watson. He lost at FSU the first year although he didn't start in the game. Clemson beat themselves in that game though.

my projection was based at a look at the other teams in the ACC, Auburn and SC.
