Seems to be more draft-eligible sophomores each year due to parents holding their kids back in school for athletic/other reasons.
Here is a list I have complied of SEC players eligible for the draft that are Sophomores (and one Freshman--Braden Webb at USC) eligible next month:
FYI/ICYDNK- The rules are 4-year players have to either have completed their Junior year OR be 21 years old (or turn 21 years within 45 days of the draft) to be eligible.
Here are the "true sophomores" I have, let me know if someone's missing and an actual threat to be drafted and go pro:
Luke Bonfield/OF (ARK)
Austin Bain/RHP (LSU)
Greg Diechmann/INF (LSU)
Tate Blackman/MIF (Ole Miss)
Brigham Hill/RHP (Texas A&M)
Jace Vines/RHP (Texas A&M)
Scott Moss/LHP (Florida)
Bo Tucker/LHP (Georgia)
Benito Santiago/C (Tennessee)
Will Toffey/3B (Vanderbilt)
Here are some sophomores eligible due to previous redshirts, fwiw:
Carson Shaddy/UT (Arkansas)
Jesse Stallings/RHP (LSU)
Brent Rooker/OF (MSU)
Jacob Billingsley/OF (MSU)
Cole Bartlett/RHP (Missouri)
Jordan Sheffield/RHP (Vanderbilt)
Ryan Johnson/RHP (Vanderbilt)

The only players LSU will likely lose are Romero and Fraley.
Poche, Deichman, Bain and Robertson are all eligible, but I don't see any of them leaving. Poche is a good college pitcher, but I don't see him going before the 10th-12th round. Deichmann has a ton of potential, but needs to be more consistent at the plate and another year to work on his glove. Bain has been underwhelming, I don't see him going anywhere. Robertson is a scrappy guy who could go in the 10th-15th. He just doesn't have the measurables of a MLB player.
ETA: Forgot Stallings. He's in the same boat as Bain.

Comments: Agree that Diechmann and Bain won't get drafted early enough to warrant leaving (on their own accord) if they're drafted at all.
However, I'd wager Poche and likely Robertson, too are both gone unless they just really get low-balled by some organization or just really want to be at LSU another year. They're risking being some 7th to 10th round Senior sign next year, with a signing bonus somewhere like $5,000 to $20,000 because they have zero leverage.

I just don't see anyone drafting either guy very high, or opening up the checkbook for them. I could be wrong though.

Poche is 100% gone. He's a quality SEC weekend starter and has been for 3 years. I agree he doesn't project as a starter at the MLB level should be make it, but there is always demand for lefty arms with good command.

Word around Lutcher is that Poche is gone.

If we can keep Braden Webb and have a healthy Will Crowe next year, South Carolina may have a nasty weekend rotation with them two and Schmidt.

Tate Blackman is actually a draft eligible true sophomore. He entered college as a 20 year old so now that he is 21 he is eligible.

Tanner Houck is a sophomore RHP at Mizzou that is projected as a first rounder. Some pubs even put him as a #1 pick.
Edit: Nevermind, I see he isn't eligible until 2017

You're looking at 2017 "Mock Drafts." Houck is not eligible this year, he's not even 20 years old, yet.

Poche is leaving if he gets drafted. His brother told me that so he's gone.

Poche, Fraley, and if Romero gets taken off the board top 15 rounds he'll go.
Deichmann has so much leverage this year he could demand top 5 money or come back for his junior season.
Robertson to me is a 4 year college guy, he just doesn't posses a tool that jumps off the charts or can grow exponentially in 3-4 years.
Bain and Stallings aren't going in my opinion.

RB10 is for sure underrating Poche. He's gonna get drafted highly. That being said, with all due respect to Kendall Rogers---I appreciate what he does as he's one of the few out there that covers NCAA Baseball, he is "high on" basically everyone.

May want to read some mocks and scouting reports Poche is likely to go high maybe even first round
Link them please.
I have a hard time believing an undersized pitcher, even a lefty, with slightly above average stuff is going to be a first round pick.
Poche is in an odd position. He doesn't have the stuff to be a starter, but he could be a situational lefty out of the pen. That is, if someone believes they can figure out his issue with slow starts.
