We were a first down from having a very good shot at one without a consistent QB

As awful as LSUs offense has been, bama should have been able to blow out LSU 1/9 style in the 9-6 and 21-17 games. No excuse

Manziel will be a RS Junior so I'd probably give A&M the edge in 2014 over Bama or LSU

I would think he would go pro after 2013.

Not much more to prove unless he wants a NC or
another Heisman.

It's not entirely out of the question, we have been to 3 NCG in 10 years have we not Not many programs can say that.

Alabama can, and won all three of them.

Of course, Alabama needed a Colt McCoy injury and a second chance to win two of them...

Alabama's success is an overwhelming mixture of luck, opponents injuries, and opponents brain farts, and still they have just one undefeated season and two SEC championships to go along with that fabulous dynasty

LSU's 2011 Regular season was one of the best regular season runs ever, in the history of college football

Unfortunately we were required to beat our toughest opponent twice. Alabama's "dominance" is overstated...they didn't beat us twice either. We both went .500 against each other

Except for 2003 and 2007. Oh, and LSU did win the SEC in 2011. But other than those years I guess "next year" is always LSU's year.

What does the laugh indicate? How STUPID you are? How quick you forget that Mett passed for nearly 300 yards on your famed defense, and if Miles had been allowed to let him throw for ONE MORE FIRST DOWN, it would have been kneel-down time and you things would have LOST.
Mett and the offensive coaches had as good a night as any that Wilson or McCarron has ever had on Nov, 3. But alas, Mett wasn't allowed to finish the MulliGumptards off.

Players exiting for the draft, Mettenburger, disputes in the locker room. I'm not fricking Kirk Herbstreit, it's just my opinion.

Mettenberger worked the frick out of Bama's secondary last year. He wasn't the problem in that game. Our "all world" defense is what cost us that night. A win there and we're back in Atlanta and no one is talking about Bama's dynasty. It was THAT close this year.

We're gonna surprise everybody this year. Our defense will be better than you think.
