I see that both of your bye weeks are around UF.

You play UF every year and we play UT every year. As for UK and UGA, UK was up next in the rotation for us, UGA was for you.

Slive had two options: move the site of the the SECCG back to Birmingham where it used to be held or give Bama an easier schedule.

We got off easy.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS. That's great, no reason LSU should have to play on Thanksgiving.

Besides A&M who just joined. Alabama was the West team we had went the most years without playing. Had to be our turn to face them.

I'm excited about the trip to Athens. I've been twice for LSU events, but niether were FB.

I Wonder who their new coach will be...

As rough as A&M's schedule is this year with 12 straight games and 5 of 6 on the road, next year looks lovely.

8/31 Rice

9/7 Sam Houston State

9/14 Alabama

9/21 SMU

9/28 at Arkansas

BYE WEEK

10/12 at Ole Miss

10/19 Auburn

10/26 Vanderbilt

BYE WEEK

11/9 Mississippi State

11/16 New Mexico

11/23 at LSU

11/30 at Missouri

So we have 2 tune up games prior to Bama, which we get at Kyle. That is in the middle of a 4 game stretch at home. Then we take one road trip and get a bye before making our 2nd road trip. Then we get 4 more in a row at Kyle with another bye week before State. Then we finish out on the road at LSU and Mizzou.

I'll take it, then starting next year we trade out Mizzou for USC and we start playing LSU at the end of the year. That'll work.

Does that get wiped out due to a hurricane this coming year?

Not at all true. We played in Athens more recently than in Lexington. You played in Lexington more recently than Athens. That is probably the main reason that this is an obvious crock. Predictable though.

No it's not.

LSU will travel to Georgia, a place the Tigers were in 2009. The Tide hasn't been there since 2008. Alabama will get Kentucky in 2013, even though they were there in 2009, and LSU hasn't been to Lexington since 2007. Keep in mind IDC who or where we play, or who bama plays or doesn't play. I just wanted to correct the inaccurate info posted about UK/BAma.

Georgia has a tough opening to the year.

@ Clemson
South Carolina
BYE
North Texas
LSU

There is a decent chance they start 1-3.

Wasn't Georgia supposed to rotate on to your's this year?

We always get stuck with the toughest schedule and the worst bye week. Even the SEC office tries to stack the deck against us and we keep winning.

Hat's off to bamaland again.

Easiest schedule in the SEC for 2013.

No USC, FLA or GA. How nice.

Bookmark it now that when the "true" scheduling for 2014 is set, bamaland will start off with the easiest again.

I've gotten calls / emails from around the country stating the obvious.

As always, we'll just deal with it.

Those pussies couldn't handle anything tougher. Unless they get the mulligan.

I'm happy to be playing a good team from the west next year.
